Ingredients

Pork cutlet
600 grams
Cloves of garlic
4
Beer
20 centiliters
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Chili pepper
to taste
Mustard
2 tablespoons
Bay leaf
1
Black olive
to taste
Pickles
to taste

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Cut the meat into strips or small pieces. Here we use pork, but you can also use beef.
  • Step 2 : Place the meat in a dish with the minced Cloves of garlic, Salt, Chili pepper, Bay leaf and Beer. Mix lightly and let marinate for at least one hour.
  • Step 3 : In a hot pan, brown the meat (without the marinade) with a little Olive oil. Once it is lightly grilled on both sides, add the marinade and let it cook for about 10 minutes on high heat.
  • Step 4 : Then add the Mustard and mix everything together.
  • Step 5 : Pickles and black olives are usually added just before serving.
