Ingredients

Codfish
300 grams
Flour
100 grams
Eggs

Onion
1
Water
10 centiliters
Parsley
4 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Frying oil
1 liter

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Cook Codfish in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into small pieces. Let cool.
  • Step 2 : Chop Onion and Parsley very finely.
  • Step 3 : Prepare the batter. Mix the Flour and the Baking powder, then add Water and Eggs. Mix well. Add all other ingredients, Onion, Parsley, Codfish, Salt and Pepper. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  • Step 4 : With a spoon, pour a little of the mixture into very hot oil to form small patties. Fry on both sides until the pataniscas are lightly browned.
