How do I create a user account ?

Creating an account is totally free and allows you to join the Eu Amo Portugal community to enjoy many benefits. Click on the icon in the upper right corner to register.

How to add and find favorites ?

By creating a user account, you can save everything that interests you and that you want to put aside: products from the store, recipes, surprising facts, etc. Then just go to "my account > my favorites".

How do I print a recipe ?

Printing a recipe is very simple. Just use the "Print the recipe" button at the top of the recipe page. We recommend to use this button rather than the "print" function of your browser, to obtain a more ink-saving layout.

How to participate in the community ?

Your feedback is very important, so don't hesitate to send us your comments and suggestions. You can also submit ideas for articles, recipes or places to explore. There are comment areas on many pages, and if not, you can write to us at "[email protected]".

I found an error on an item/recipe, how do I report it ?

You can report any error to us by email ([email protected]), we are very attentive and will try to correct it as soon as possible.

Will I receive the same item as the one in the picture ?

Our photos are not retouched so that you can visualize the colors and textures. Nevertheless, the products being exclusively handmade, they are unique pieces. The aspect (color, texture) and the size can slightly vary from one object to another.

Where do the products sold on the site come from ?

All the products sold on the site are handmade in Portugal. On each product page, the name of the craftsman who made it is indicated above the product name. By clicking on the name, you will find a page that explains its history.

When are the sold out products back in stock ?

Our stocks are limited because they are handmade. When a product is quickly sold out, we do our best to put it back online, depending on the manufacturing possibilities of the craftsman.

I am a craftsman and I would like to sell my products on your site, how ?

We are always happy to meet new artisans and include their products on our site. Do not hesitate to contact us via our email ([email protected]).

Orders and returns

How do I know if my command is validated ?

Once the cart is validated and the order placed, a page with the order number should be displayed. An email is then sent to confirm again the validation of the order.

What is the shipping method used?

All packages are carefully prepared within 2 to 3 business days and delivered by DPD or CTT depending on the country of delivery.

What are the countries where delivery is possible?

It is possible to order from Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, USA and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated according to the amount of the order, the country of delivery and the method of shipment. They are indicated at the time of the validation of the basket.

What if my order did not arrive on the scheduled date ?

We do our best to ship your orders quickly. During promotional or Christmas periods, shipping time may be slightly extended. You will receive an email as soon as we have shipped your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if my order arrives damaged ?

We always make sure that the packages are in good condition at the time of shipment, but it may happen that they are damaged during transport. Whenever possible, you should check the condition of the products upon delivery. If you notice that the product(s) is (are) damaged, send us a picture via our email ([email protected]). We will make the necessary arrangements with the shipping company.

What is your return policy ?

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. The shipping costs will be at your charge and the item must be intact to be taken back by our services.
