Ingredients

Octopus
2 kilograms
Potato
1 kilogram
Onion
1
Cloves of garlic

Parsley
to taste
Bay leaf

Salt

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Step 2 : In a large saucepan, place the Octopus and cover with water. Add an Onion cut in half. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, until tender.
  • Step 3 : Wash Potatoes and place in a dish. Add Salt and Olive oil generously. Bake at 180° for about 40 minutes.
  • Step 4 : Cut Cloves of garlic into thin slices and chop the Parsley.
  • Step 5 : Cut the Octopus, separating each tentacle from the head.
  • Step 6 : Remove the Potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few moments. Crush them lightly with your hand.
  • Step 7 : Place the potatoes, garlic, bay leaf and octopus in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
  • Step 8 : Remove from oven and add chopped parsley.
  • You can serve this dish with seasonal vegetables.

Franchement, super. J'ai suivi les cuissons comme indiqué mais appréhension notamment pour les pommes de terre. Les temps annoncés sont correct. Perso, le poulpe est cuit vapeur dans son eau mais j'ai ajouté l'oignon.
