Ingredients

Milk
500 milliliters
Flour
75 grams
Sugar
200 grams
Eggs

Lemon zest

Cinnamon stick

Unsalted butter
10 grams
Cinnamon powder
to taste

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Boil Milk for 5 minutes with Lemon zest and Cinnamon stick. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Step 2 : In a large bowl, mix the Egg yolks with the Sugar, then add the Flour. Pour in the cold, strained Milk and mix again.
  • Step 3 : Beat the Egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture.
  • Step 4 : Spread butter in the sericaia dish (a hollow clay dish) and then place the dough. Sprinkle with Cinnamon powder to taste.
  • Step 5 : Bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
  • Step 6 : Let the sericaia cool and put in the fridge before serving.
