Sugar
500 grams
Flour
50 grams

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Mix Sugar, Flour and Baking powder. Keep a little Sugar to sprinkle over the cake at the end.
  • Step 2 : Remove the zest from the Oranges and squeeze. Add the zest and juice to the mixture.
  • Step 3 : Add the Eggs and mix again.
  • Step 4 : Place a sheet of baking paper on a high-sided baking sheet and pour the mixture over the entire baking sheet (like a sponge cake).
  • Step 5 : Bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes. Place a dish filled with water at the bottom of the oven for bain-marie cooking.
  • Step 6 : Wait for the cake to cool a little, then roll it out using the parchment paper.
  • Step 7 : Leave to cool completely, sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.
