Preparation steps
- Step 1 : Pour contents of Pineapple jelly sachet into a bowl. Add 25 cL hot Water and mix. Then add 25 cL cold Water and mix again. Please note that quantities may vary according to brand, so check package instructions.
- Step 2 : Cut 10 Passion fruits in half and scoop out all the pulp with a spoon.
- Step 3 : Add the Condensed milk and Passion fruits pulp to the mixture. Mix well until frothy.
- Step 4 : If you're using a pudim mould, run it quickly under cold water before pouring in the mixture. You can use any other mold, even glasses, to make individual doses.
- Step 5 : Place in the fridge for several hours. Ideally, leave overnight.
- Step 6 : Once the pudding has set in the cold, plunge the mold into a pan of hot water for a few seconds to loosen it. Don't leave it too long to prevent it from melting.
- Step 7 : Turn out onto a large platter, then add the pulp from the remaining 2 Passion fruits to decorate and add freshness. Enjoy chilled!
