"Maria" cookie

Preparation steps
- Step 1 : Soften the Unsalted butter by leaving it at room temperature.
- Step 2 : Beat the Unsalted butter for 5 minutes in a food processor or with a mixer. Add the Sugar and beat for another 5 minutes. Finally, add Egg yolks and beat for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Step 3 : Quickly dip the cookies (Maria brand or other brand) in coffee. They should not become too soft but still take on the taste of Coffee.
- Step 4 : Place the wet cookies in a high-sided dish to form a first layer. You can also arrange them in the shape of a flower by putting a cookie in the center and then 6 others around, like petals. They should be tightly packed together.
- Step 5 : Place a thin layer of buttercream on the first layer of cookies. Repeat, alternating cookies and cream, until you have about 6 layers.
- Step 6 : Let stand in refrigerator until ready to serve.
