Ingredients

Chocolate
200 grams
"Maria" cookie
200 grams
Sugar
50 grams
Egg
1
Unsalted butter
100 grams
Icing sugar
2 tablespoons

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Melt Chocolate with Unsalted butter. Mix and then add Sugar and Egg. Mix again.
  • Step 2 : Coarsely crush the dry cookies, leaving some pieces. If you don't have "Maria" cookies, you can use another brand of cookies.
  • Step 3 : Mix the chocolate mixture with the dry cookie pieces.
  • Step 4 : Cut a sheet of aluminum foil about 30/40cm long and place the mixture on one edge. Roll the mixture in the aluminum foil, so that it takes the shape of a large salami. Close the edges of the foil tightly.
  • Step 5 : Let the salami rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 6 : Carefully remove the salami from the foil and sprinkle it completely with Icing sugar. Rub lightly with your hand to spread the sugar and make it look like flour.
