Ingredients

Octopus
500 grams
Green bell pepper
1
Onion
1
Cloves of garlic
2
Parsley
to taste
Vinegar
to taste
Olive oil
to taste

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : In a large saucepan, place the Octopus and cover with water. Add an Onion cut in half. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, until tender.
  • Step 2 : Dice the Green bell pepper (a small one or half of a large one) and half of an Onion.
  • Step 3 : Finely chop the Cloves of garlic and the Parsley.
  • Step 4 : Cut the Octopus by removing the tentacles and cutting them into small pieces.
  • Step 5 : Mix the octopus with the bell pepper, onion and garlic. Add a little Vinegar and Olive oil. Add the Parsley last.
