Black-eyed peas
1 can
Tuna
1 can
Eggs

Green bell pepper

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Cook the Eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water and then peel them. Let them cool down.
  • Step 2 : Rinse Black-eyed peas and let dry.
  • Step 3 : Cut the vegetables - Tomato, Onion, Green bell pepper and Green olives - into small cubes.
  • Step 4 : Prepare the dressing of your choice. Here we use Olive oil, Salt, Pepper and a little Lemon juice.
  • Step 5 : In a salad bowl, mix the beans and vegetables with the vinaigrette. Add the chopped Parsley, the crumbled Tuna and the hard-boiled Eggs cut into quarters.
