Preparation steps
- Step 1 : Finely chop Onions and Carrots.
- Step 2 : In a saucepan, brown Onions and Carrots in Olive oil.
- Step 3 : Add the Rice and fry for a few moments while stirring. The rice should become translucent.
- Step 4 : Add cold water and Chicken stock. Cover and wait for boiling. When the water boils, cook for 10 minutes.
- Step 5 : After 10 minutes, the rice should be almost cooked. Remove the pan from the heat and let stand covered for another 10 minutes.
- This side dish is ideal with all kinds of dishes, especially grilled meats and fish.
