Ingredients

Cabbage
150 grams
Potatoes

Onion
1
Clove of garlic

Olive oil
to taste
Chouriços

Salt

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : In a large pot, put the peeled and cut Potatoes, the Onion and the Clove of garlic. Cook for a few moments in Olive oil and then cover with water. Add Salt and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Step 2 : Mix the vegetables with the water with an immersion blender. You should obtain a fairly liquid broth.
  • Step 3 : Add the Cabbage, cut into very thin strips, to the potato broth and let it cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Step 4 : Remove from the heat and add the sliced Chouriço, or sausage. If you opt for a vegetarian version, you can replace the charcuterie with smoked tofu or eat it as is.
  • Step 5 : Serve hot, with bread.
