The salt flower is harvested by hand in the salt marshes, the "Ria de Aveiro". It is a natural salt, which remains white because it is on the surface and does not touch the clay bottom found in the salt marshes. It is neither treated nor purified and its quality is controlled by independent laboratories.
The salt flower is perfect for seasoning and enhancing the taste of all your dishes, preferably after cooking.
