Tomato soap

This soap is entirely natural and cold saponified. It is handmade near Valpaços.

Made with fresh tomatoes, it has a strong anti-oxidant power. This fruit contains Lycopene (carotenoid), a substance that helps prevent skin aging caused by the sun, stress or pollution.

Tomato is also used as an astringent (contracts the pores of the skin) and, in certain cosmetic preparations, as an ultraviolet ray shield.

This soap also contains rosemary essential oil, known for its toning, refreshing and anti-microbial qualities and orange essential oil.
