Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Break the Eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
  • Step 2 : Use an electric whisk to beat the Condensed milk with the Egg yolks. The condensed milk must be cooked (you can find it ready to use in supermarkets).
  • Step 3 : Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Step 4 : Gently mix the egg whites with the condensed milk/egg yolks mixture.
  • Step 5 : Pour into a dish and leave in the fridge for a few hours before serving. You can decorate with crushed dried fruits.
