Tuna pâté

For the aperitif, there is nothing better than a fresh tuna pâté on a slice of lightly toasted bread.

Ingredients

Tuna
2 cans
Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
Onion
0.5
Parsley
to taste
Eggs
2
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Chili pepper
to taste

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : Cook the Eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water. Let them cool and peel them.
  • Step 2 : Finely chop half an Onion and Parsley.
  • Step 3 : Put the onion and parsley in a blender, then add the Tuna and Mayonnaise (ideally homemade). Blend lightly.
  • Step 4 : Add the hard-boiled Eggs cut into pieces and season with Salt, Pepper and a little Chili pepper.
  • Step 5 : Blend everything together. The texture should be homogeneous but not liquid.
  • Enjoy as an aperitif on a slice of toast.
