Ingredients

Canned sardines
120 grams
Tomato paste
1 teaspoon
Parsley
1 tablespoon
Shallot
1
Salt
1 pinch
Chili pepper
1 pinch
Pepper
1 pinch
Olive oil
to taste

Preparation steps

  • Step 1 : In a high-sided container, put the Canned sardines, add finely chopped Shallot, Tomato paste, Chili pepper, Salt and Pepper. Then add Olive oil to taste.
  • Step 2 : Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. It is also possible to use a blender, or to crush with a fork.
  • Step 3 : Add Parsley and mix with a spoon. Chill until ready to eat.
  • This pâté is delicious on a slice of lightly toasted bread.
